A friend asked me what it meant
To be made in God's image
At first I didn't know just what to say

I thought I might see clearer
If I went to the mirror
But what I found didn't look anything like him

So I went to the Scripture
To get the bigger picture
And there I found someone who looks like Him

It seems we started out okay
But we messed up along the way
And this man, Jesus bore God's image once again

Be acceptable to You
